The Springfield Redevelopment Authority (SRA) is seeking written responses from qualified contractors to provide material and labor for an on-call, as needed, service agreement for emergency and general repairs and maintenance of existing HVAC equipment, and if appropriate, installation of new equipment. at 115 State Street, 1145 Main St, and 11-21 Stockbridge St, Springfield MA.Bidding procedures are procedures are per Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.) Chapter 149 as amended and other applicable statutes. Services provided by the Contractor include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintain Natural Gas Unit Heaters, Maintain Air Handling Units, Maintain Air Cooled Condensers, Maintain Condensing Boilers, Maintain Package HVAC/Rooftop Units, Maintain Ductless Split Systems: Outdoor Condensing Units, Maintain Ductless Split Systems: Indoor Units, Maintain Cooling Tower. The contract will be managed by the SRA in collaboration with its property manager, Colebrook Realty. All questions regarding the available bid must be made in writing and received by the Chief Procurement Officer, Amanda Pham (apham@springfieldcityhall.com) on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 by 4:30 PM EDT. Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety Prevailing Wage rates may apply. The Springfield Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so
