Framing and forming for concrete pads and footings; framing to lock-up small and medium size buildings under 500 square feet; and completion of building repairs/windows, door replacements and other minor repairs as needed. All work under the standing offer contract would be performed on an 'if, as and when required basis'. Further details on the requirements are provided under section 2 (requirements / scope of work) herein. The intent of this rfq process is to award the work to the respondent that submits the lowest total estimated cost and which also meets the requirements stated. The RDCO operates 30 Regional parks. 10 East Electoral area parks, 10 west electoral area parks, and 2 community halls on behalf of all residents of the central Okanagan. The contract term shall be 1 year, with an option for the parties to mutually agree to extend the contract for two further terms of 1 year. This shall provide for a total contract term of 3 years should all extensions be executed.
