The Bid Package is comprised of Earthwork, Site Demolition, Site Utilities, Asphalt, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Roofing, Aluminum Entrances/Windows/Glazing, and Elevators, needed for the additions and renovations to the new government center. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept any bid, reject any and all bids, and upon acceptance of any bid, to thereafter accept revisions or modifications on such bid.
