A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, equipment, expertise, supervision, insurance, and services necessary for and reasonably necessary to provide for Exterior Building Cleaning, Surface Repair/Restoration, and Building Envelope Caulking and Sealing at 7201 Corporate Center Drive Hanover, Maryland 21076. The scope of work shall include at a minimum: Masonry Tuck Pointing, Caulking, and Glazing 1. Remove and Replace 100% of the exterior caulk in all exterior surfaces including but not limited to the following: vertical and horizontal expansion joints at the precast panels, window and door frame perimeters, foundation perimeter, roof protrusions, metal panels and any other locations as determined by the contractor. New caulk and sealant shall be Dow Corning silicone-based sealant or MDOT approved equivalent. 2. Exterior windows shall be glazed and sealed as needed to manufacturer specifications. 3. Contractor shall provide cement tuck pointing of exterior concrete panels surfaces as needed to repair, fill and seal cracks. 4.
