Demolition and site work for a residential development in Manyberries, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The scope of this work involves the demolishing of both East and West residences. BGIS is requesting a price for the following: Option Price 1 Demolishing of East and West residence together in one mobilization. Work to be completed by end of November 30th, 2022 Option Price 2 Mobilize, demolish east residence by November 30th, 2022, then demobilize off site. Remobilize, demolish west residence by February 28th, 2023. General scope of work for both options include: Disconnection of existing services – electrical/water/septic. Abatement of hazardous material as identified in appendix J. Disconnect and dispose of Halocarbon Equipment that might exist in residences. Demolish both residences and remove debris off site. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award is subject to final approval.
