Renovation of an educational facility in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95, Lake County, IL, will receive sealed bids for the Roof Replacement Project at Sarah Adams Elementary School. All Contractors shall use the bid day label provided with their Bid Form. SCOPE OF WORK The proposed project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of approximately 60,000 SF of existing roof areas (the insulation is scheduled to remain except as indicated) and installation of new SEBS modified bituminous roof system. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid is to accompany the proposal. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the bid amount, with sureties approved by the owner, and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days of the award of the contract. The successful bidder is required to pay the Prevailing Wage for work under this Contract and shall submit certified payroll records in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). This Project is Tax Exempt. The Board of Education of Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive any technicality irregularity.
