Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
This state funded project will furnish and install a girder and any necessary appurtenances on the Artillery Road Overcrossing (NBI #1328) on the Glenn Highway. Work also includes cast in place concrete, bridge rail, and traffic control. Due to the nature of the work to be performed and the schedule of completion, a reduced advertisement period is being used and bidders are advised the award process will be compressed as well in an effort to remove and replace the girder as soon as practicable. The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Project completion date will be November 30, 2022.
