Buyer is not obligated to procure services from any of the Suppliers who have qualified. e) The respondent may submit an offer of services for one region or all regions. The buyer can award an agreement for one region or all regions. f) The Purchaser is not obligated to purchase, lease or use the equipment and materials of the Successful Respondent. 3.1.2 The scope of work shall include the following items, but not be limited to: Visit and inspect the premises in order to identify the best method for graffiti removal. Proceed with the removal of graffiti inside and outside the buildings according to the proposed methods. Perform various materials protection treatment work. Proceed with the cleaning of places and surfaces after the removal of graffiti. No trace of original graffiti should be apparent after removal. If paint must be used to remove the graffiti, the respondent is responsible for using the identical color code that is present on the surface that is affected. The entire surface must be painted and not just the surface of the graffiti. 3.1.3 Precautions and Safety: a) The successful Respondent must take all necessary precautions and safety measures to avoid damage to buildings and landscaping. In the event of damage to these elements during the performance of the services, the responsibility will rest with the selected respondent to restore them to their original state. c) At all times, during the execution of the work, the selected respondent must ensure the safety of the premises and the safety of the workers and occupants. d) Use products that are biodegradable and safe for humans. 3.1.4 Code and standard for the execution of the work: a) The work must be carried out according to the art of the trade in accordance with the laws and procedures of the Ministry of the environment for the products. b) All work must be carried out by qualified, specialized and authorized personnel. In accordance with applicable requirements and Federal, Provincial and Municipal regulations and laws. c) Supplier must comply with all applicable regulations and manufacturers' specifications when using and applying the products. 3.1.5 Timeframe The successful Respondent will be required to provide and deliver the Services within the parameters below: When called for emergency work, the selected respondent must respond within thirty (30) minutes, in order to confirm the request, and carry out the work within three (3) hours. In the event of a refusal or non-compliance with the deadline by the selected respondent, the buyer reserves the right to use another supplier to carry out the work. When called for regular work, the selected respondent must respond within twenty-four (24) hours, in order to confirm the request, and perform the work within seven (7) days. In the event of a refusal or non-compliance with the deadline by the selected respondent, the buyer reserves the right to use another supplier to carry out the work. Depending on the scope of work, Buyer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request a cost estimate. The successful Respondent will be required to submit an estimate outlining the labor and material costs within three (3) business days. The buyer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to negotiate prices, in the event that the supplier's estimate is not reasonable and the prices offered in its service offer do not reflect the market.
