Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of St. Joseph's Health Care London (SJHCL), and in particular the Facilities Management Department, is looking to establish a partnership with a preferred Proponent, to act as a constructor. The winning proponent must act as constructor and is responsible for carrying all appropriate subtrades. The successful proponent will be responsible for the procurement and installation of new Millwork to replace the existing built in bedside wardrobes in all patient rooms in the Western Counties Wing, level 4 unit at Parkwood Institute. This will require, but is not excluded to the following: the removal of existing millwork, patching and painting of affected and designated walls, electrical work and infection control.
