Eastmont School District is requesting statement of qualifications from project and construction management services. In seeking these services, Eastmont School District requests qualifications from firms with recent experience in K-12 school construction programs of similar scope in Eastern Washington. Eastmont School District is seeking project & construction management services for its upcoming capital improvement bond program being voted on November 8, 2022. The district wishes to have its project team on board and ready to move forward should the bond pass. Statements of qualifications (SOQ) shall be no longer than 25 pages in length, not including the covers, letter of interest, divider tabs, or staff resumes. SOQs shall include the following information as specified in the RFQ: 1. Letter of Interest 4. Project Approach 2. Staffing Plan 5. Other Services 3. Relevant Experience 6.Claims, litigation or arbitration 7. References
