RFQ Engineering - Resident Engineering Support for the Generator Rebuild and Unit Refurbishment at the Wells Hydroelectric Project Minority and women-owned firms are encouraged to submit proposals. Public Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County (The District) hereby requests Statements of Qualification (SOQ) to provide Resident Engineering Support Services during implementation of Contract 06-41-W, Generator Rebuild and Unit Refurbishment at the Wells Hydroelectric Project, between the District and Toshiba America Energy Systems. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
