1. Approx. 700 ton - Bulk Deicing Salt - white to opaque. Material supplied shall conform to the requirements of PennDOT Pub 408 Sec 722 Type 1, Grade 1 Sodium Chloride. No minimum quantity requirement bids will be accepted. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. A bid bond of 100% is required. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 50% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
