Site work and paving for a road / highway in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project areas include various segments on Chestnut Ridge Drive, Devonshire Drive, N. Foxpointe Drive, Gwenedd Lane, S. Nixon Road, Havershire Boulevard, Prestwick Boulevard, Sandy Drive, and Homestead Park, all located in Ferguson Township, Centre County. The project includes select mill and filling, and base repair as shown on the construction plans and marked out in the field by the OWNER, and ADA upgrades to a handicap parking space at Homestead Park. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified for the work being performed with the bid. The project is NOT subject to minimum prevailing wage rates. Bids shall be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid. Ferguson Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities. BIDDER further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $675.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as provided in the GENERAL CONDITIONS.
