The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or to reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in the bids received. The City reserves the right to enter contracts with more than one vendor. The contract shall be awarded for the period of January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023. The City shall have the option to extend a contract for each of 2 succeeding years, provided that the City exercises any such option 90 days prior to expiration of the contract.
