Renovation of an educational facility in Findlay, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 116,884-square-foot educational facility.

General Construction: Consists of cutting a new masonry opening, constructing cmu and steel stud walls, tile and resilient floors and base, lay-in acoustical ceilings, casework, plumbing fixtures, wall tile and paint finishes and new appliances. Fire Protection: Consists of reworking existing fire protection system piping and sprinkler heads for two new rooms. Plumbing Work: Consists of providing new fixtures, sanitary/vent piping, domestic water piping, to restroom, kitchen and other appliances. HVAC Work: Consist of providing exhaust fans, reverse acting thermostats, grilles, ductwork and insulation to exhaust the restroom and kitchen spaces. Electrical Work: Consist of minor electrical demolition and providing lighting, lighitng controls, receptacles, power for mechanical and kitchen equipment, public address speakers, and fire alarm. Circuits are to originate from existing panels. Donnell Middle School Renovation A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety company bond pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised code in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany each bid; or a bid guaranty bond in accordance with Chapter 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100% of the total bid shall accompany each bid.
