Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Communications and technical questions concerning this Bid shall be submitted using the LES Online Procurement System 6009580 The documents upon which all bids are to be based include the Instructions to Bidders, Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond, Contract, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Technical Specifications, Drawings (if any), and all written modifications incorporated in these Documents before their execution, which are collectively referred to as the Contract Documents. All questions must be submitted through this bid portal under through electronically. Rokeby Generation Station is located at 8000 SW 12th Street, Lincoln, NE, 68523. The scope of this work is for the materials, labor, equipment, and permits, for the installation of a dry pipe sprinkler system to serve the Fuel Oil Loading Building and Used Oil Building. This will require disposal of the existing AFFF system including modification to the main fire system header. The Contractor is required to meet all local, and state codes governing the installation and design of this sprinkler system. All work is to be completed by December 21, 2022.
