Site work for a power facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and material to provide landscaping services at the 40th & Bennet Substation as per LES Specifications S-22-09. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction and Installation Contract; (2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; (3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, and (4) complete the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form. Clarification Deadline: 9/20/2022 4:00 PM .
