Hall County School District No. 40-0083, commonly known as Wood River Rural Schools (the District ), is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for a construction project to remodel and construct an updated front entrance at the District s high school building and also the elementary building. The project locations are 13800 West Wood River Road and 1003 Lilly Street, Wood River, NE 68883. The project site will be available immediately upon the District issuing a Notice to Proceed, with construction to commence on or about _November 1 , 2022. The project shall be substantially complete no later than August 1, 2023 General/Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. Architect will provide responses to bidders questions posed at Pre-Bid Conference by Addendum Any bid received after the deadline will not be opened or considered, and will be returned to bidder The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.
