The City of Houston is seeking a vendor to provide 30 Hydro Instruments closed yoke isolation valve assemblies with monel insert (IV-830). No alternatives or exceptions. Pricing must include all shipping, handling, and freight costs. Shipment must be FOB destination. A purchase order will be awarded based on the best value to the City; both price and delivery lead time will be considered when awarding this solicitation. Please provide lead time with all bids submitted. QUESTIONS FROM BIDDERS DUE TO COH 10/12/2022 05:00 PM CST 2.1 Delivery and pricing are FOB destination, freight pre-paid. 2.2 All shipping, handling and/or freight charges must be included in bid pricing. 2.3 Delivery address: 2300 Federal Road, Houston, TX 77015. 2.4 Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm (except City approved holidays). 2.5 Delivery personnel must have a lift gate and pallet jack to off-load pallets of merchandise. All bids should be submitted online through the City of Houston Strategic Purchasing Electronic Bids and RFPS web page. Bids made on other forms will not be considered unless statement to this effect is included: "In accordance with this Invitation to Bid and subject to all terms and conditions thereof we quote as follows:"
