The City of Columbus, Dublin Road Water Plant is requesting quotes to furnish supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to remove existing caulking and re-caulk the building on the plant Sodium Hypochlorite Building. See Attachment. Bidder Experience: The bidder must have experience in this type work and shall be able to show evidence of at least 5 installations in satisfactory service. Bidder References: The bidder shall have available, on request, documented proven successful contracts from at least four customers that the bidder supports that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification. References to a particular trade or manufacturer's model number are made for descriptive purposes to guide the bidder in interpreting the requirements of the City. They should not be construed as excluding proposals on other types of materials, equipment and supplies Quality Standard: The City intends to purchase new, unused, and the manufacturer's most current production material. The specifications describe a minimum acceptable requirement, which a bidder has to meet. However, the bidder is allowed to exceed a minimum requirement where the excess enhances the function of the unit and which the City can accept.
