Demolition, site work, paving, environmental remediation, asbestos abatement, outdoor lighting, new construction, remodeling, renovation and addition to a civil project in Dutch Flat, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

In accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Peterson Brustad Inc., the Work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment and services for the construction and completion of the tank site modifications, construction of new distribution system which includes 5,400 LF of 6 DIP and 3,400 LF of 8 DIP, meters, associated appurtenances, service relocations, and abandonment of existing distribution piping and appurtenances in place. The Work consists of construction of an inter-tie to the existing PCWA main, installation of an influent flow control station, tank mixer, tank power vent, insertion flow sensor, tank access modifications, tank overflow and drain modifications, tank site improvements, and electrical improvements at existing tank site. The Owner will transmit to all recipients of complete sets of Contract Documents such Addenda as Owner considers necessary in response to questions raised at the meeting and walk-through. Oral statements not confirmed by Addenda may not be relied upon and are not binding or legally effective. Except for the pre-bid walkthrough, no other access to the project site will be granted pre-bid without the Owners approval. During all site visits the Bidder must be accompanied full time by an authorized representative of the Owner. There shall be no exceptions to this requirement.
