Renovation of an educational facility in New Paltz, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of December 29, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The State University Construction Fund will receive sealed Proposals for Project Titled Upgrade Elevators Campus Wide at SUNY New Paltz The Contractor shall complete all work necessary for substantial completion within 690 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Fund's project specific goals for this project are 10% MBE and 10% WBE and 3% SDV. The Fund waives fees and deposits for sets of the Contract Documents requested by NYS certified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise or Ser-vice-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the Fund to encourage minority/women's business enterprise partici-pation in this project by con-tractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The Fund reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
