MOUNT ROGERS COMMUNITY SERVICES RFP#2022003 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE RENOVATION 0F 18,753 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE FACILITY FOR MOUNT ROGERS COMMUNITY SERVICE LOCATED IN AT 816 GLENDALE ROAD, GALAX, VA. 24333. SERVICES WILL FUNCTION AS FOLLOWS: 1ST FLOOR - 12,342 FT2 (ENTRY LEVEL) 2ND FLOOR - 6,411 FT2 TOTAL 18,753 FT2 All interested firms please send a letter of intent with attached job references to the address below. All information mailed or hand delivered shall be labeled as noted below and packaged in a letter size envelope. Hand delivered envelopes will be received by the receptionist. Attach at least three (3) job references, either commercial or governmental, for whom your company is currently providing or has provided services. Reference information should include Company Name, Dates of Service, Company Contact Information (including address and phone number) and a Brief Description of Work Performed. Prefer that at least one reference be a former client, rather than all references current clients. Proposal/interview process is scheduled to begin by October 31, 2022. Selection of the firm deemed best suited and fully qualified is scheduled to be made by November 7, 2022.
