Potential bidders who attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting may submit written questions regarding the bid by 2:00 p.M. On october 19, 2022. No questions will be entertained after october 19, 2022. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) exterior painting services, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, fees, and any other services necessary, to prepare, prime, and paint all metal siding and soffits, on-site; approximately 100,000 square feet of surface area, over 21 various buildings Should any portion of the work or materials fail to comply with the scope of work or provisions listed herein, the work or materials will be rejected. Contractor will immediately correct the work or materials in question, to the satisfaction of the State. Any work done that does not comply with any laws, rules, or regulations will be remedied at contractor's expense.
