For Hauling and Disposal of Aerobically Digested Liquid Sewage Sludge - 2023,2024,2025 Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Surety Company's Bid Bond on the form provided in the Bid Documents, naming as payee or Obligee the Maidencreek Township Authority in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid submitted. The Surety Company must be acceptable to said Authority. The successful bidder (Contractor) will be required to execute the Agreement and to furnish a Performance Bond all in the respective forms provided in the Contract Documents. The Contractor also will be required to furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the Contract Documents. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the above specified date for receiving, opening, and reading of Bids, except as specifically provided by law. Bidders should refer to provisions of federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public, natural resources that affect the project. The Maidencreek Township Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all Bids, and the above invitation to Bidders is made for the benefit of the Maidencreek Township Authority and no rights shall be deemed to accrue to any person making a Bid by reason of the submission of any bid hereunder or by waiver or non-enforcement of any provision of requirement of this invitation.
