Site work for a water / sewer project in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Description: The existing warm and cold water well supply collection and distribution pipelines consist of varying pipe materials of varying age and have diameters ranging from 4" to 12" in diameter. A majority of the 6" and larger diameter pipelines are concrete-encased steel pipe which, over time, have developed leaks. The primary purpose of this project is to remove, dispose of, and replace these aging pipelines with DR17 D.I.P.S PE4710 HDPE pipe having fused/welded fittings, joints, and/or connections. In conjunction with the removal and replacement of the warm water distribution system, the existing fish food storage building is to be removed, disposed of, and replaced in-situ with a prefabricated, heavily-insulated metal building (under deferred submittal). Well Nos. 22 and 23 are to be constructed with control valves, bypass discharge, and flow meter. For questions regarding this project, please contact Tim K.
