Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Campbellsville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Campbellsville is accepting bid proposals for a city parking lot project. This project consists of construction and adapting of current of parking facilities in Campbellsville KY for current and future needs. Specifically, the work includes asphalt paving, drainage, electrical infrastructure, installation of EV charging facilities, and permanent striping & markings. Work may begin on or after weather permitting or after receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders must determine the quantities of work required and the conditions under which the work will be performed. The City reserves the right, after bid opening and prior to award of the contract, to modify the amount of the work if bids exceed budgeted amounts. Bid Packets are available at City Hall that includes all technical instructions. The City of Campbellsville further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, to re-bid, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the City.
