Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Lewistown, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Schedule 1 - 6th Avenue Watermain Replacement Schedule 2 - Castle Ridge Booster Pump Station Schedule I: Includes the removal and replacement of the 6th Avenue water main from Montana Street to the alley between Washington Street and Broadway Street. This schedule also includes the removal and replacement of the 6th Avenue water main from the alley between Janeaux Street and Watson Street to Pine Street. Both new water main sections will tie into the section of the 6th Avenue water main that was removed and replaced in the 2020 project. Schedule 2: Includes the construction of the Castle Ridge Booster Pump Station, improvements at the Lower Pump Station, and the construction of the Big Springs building and upper storage piping. This includes demolishing the existing Castle Ridge building and all existing equipment. Constructing a new building, chlorination system, and connecting the new booster station to the existing water mains. At the Lower Pump Station, the existing 100 HP pumps and associated piping will be removed. A new system control valve, flow meter, and chlorination system will be installed. The walls, ceilings, beams, columns, and floor will be repainted. A new concrete slab will be cast outside of the building and upgrades will be made to the 20-inch valve and vault outside the building as well. At the Big Springs source, a new building will be constructed with new piping, chlorination, HVAC, and plumbing. A new in-ground storage system made up of 24- inch pipe will also be installed at the Big Springs site. In addition to these activities, the entire water SCADA system will be upgraded.
