A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Major work items include and are not limited to: Demolish existing automated exit portals between landside and airside and their surrounding storefront system and adjacent access door and wall. Demolish adjacent ceiling and fixtures. Install new automatic security breach control system, provide new gypsum ceiling and re-locate and replace ceiling fixtures, provide new terrazzo, and install new storefront and exit doors. Re-connect to all existing MEP/FP and communications/security systems. This work is to be bid as follows: Pursuant to certain specifications prepared by the South Jersey Transportation Authority, Department of Engineering.
