Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This work will involve the major elevator system components being replaced/renewed including electrical controller, associated wiring, door equipment, machine, motor, and all operating fixtures. Added features to the control system will follow the current CSA-B44-10 Safety Code for Elevators. The scope of work will also include removal of all old equipment, packaging, and debris. Complete clean down of machine room and hoist way, painting of the machine room and hoist way equipment. All logbooks, data plates and records will be updated to reflect upgrades and modernization of the elevator.
