Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** Description: The scope of this project includes the interior refurbishment of the Thrasher Horne Center on the Orange Park campus including the base bid for flooring and wall finishings (painting) for the Conference Center and Grand Lobby, upstairs and downstairs. Project also includes an Alternate #1 which includes wall trims (crown molding, chair rail with wainscot and acoustical panels) for the Conference Center, Suites A & B, and the Lobby Foyer. This project is open to prequalified contractors only. SJR State anticipates awarding BID-SJR-13-2022 to a single bidder submitting the lowest lump sum bid, meeting all bid specifications and within budget parameters. SJR State reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any informalities in regards thereto, to waive any minor deviations in an otherwise valid bid proposal, to rebid or not, and to accept the bid which will be in the best interest of the College. The College is not necessarily bound to accept the lowest bid if that bid is contrary to its best interest.
