Bid Security of the Two (2) Low Bidders Will Be Retained Until Approval of Contract and Execution of Satisfactory Bonds by the Successful Bidder, or Until Other Disposition on the Bids is Made. - Lock out and tag the power supply for the space heaters in the boiler room
- Supply & Install three (3) Trane fan motors for the space heaters
- Restore power, check motor rotation and operation
- Remove existing piping and re-pipe the supply to the water softener back flow preventer
- Supply & install piping materials and water regulatorto add make up water to the boiler loop
- Pressurize new piping, leak check and set pressure regulator
- Lock out power supply to multi zone AHU
- Supply and install up to six (6) actuator motors for the AHU
- Supply and install up to six (6) thermostats and wiring forfrom the thermostats to the actuators
- wire the thermostats and actuators, power the circuits and check operation
- wire the thermostats and actuators, power the circuits and check operation
- Lock out the water supply to AHU 1
- Remove the piping and the existing damaged coil(s) from AHU lin the boiler room
- Supply and install new Trane coil(s) for AHU 1 in the boiler room
- Connect new coil(s) to the existing piping, restore the water supply, pressurize and leak check connections
- Clean up and remove all debris
