Mill and overlay 2.5 inches in the rural section and 4 inches in the urban section with base patching in both. Update the traffic signals at three locations: STH 33 & Progress Drive/Tower Street, STH 33 & Ulao/Green Bay Avenue and STH 33 & CTH W with monotubes, flashing yellow arrows and new cabinet/controller. Upgrade the railroad crossing, evaluate beam guard and pipe culverts C-45-0038 (miscellaneous repair), as well as replace the pavement marking, and signing. Maintenance on bridges B-45-0036, and B-45-0095. Upgrade curb ramps - TLEs anticipated The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution.
