Renovation of an educational facility in Durham, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work includes installation of 2 Owner-provided chillers and 2 Owner-provided cooling towers, refrigerant monitoring system, 2 condenser water pumps, 4 Owner-provided air handlers and return fans, and 120 linear feet of underground piping. Bidders must pre-qualify to submit bids as Single Prime Contractor for General Construction. Prequalification forms can be obtained by emailing Allison Jurgens at ajurgens@mckimcreed.com. Each General Contractor is requested to complete the State of North Carolina Prequalification Form and submit one hard copy and one electronic copy to McKim & Creed. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all pre-qualification submittals.
