Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of the construction of an embankment in the Canada Maltage area as well as the construction of planting areas of more than 165 meters. The work also includes the installation of catch basins and trenches around the perimeter of the slope. The slope is planned to be shaped using materials from the Viau West multipurpose site as well as excavation materials currently in piles on the Canada Lands site. This slope will be landscaped with various amenities on the south side. Specifically, the Work consists of the construction of the following items: - Construction of a pavement structure (spot) of granular materials; - Construction of a storm water drainage system, including the installation of PVC pipes, catch basins and the construction of a drainage trench at the base of the slope; - Grading of existing granular surface and granular recharge; - Construction of concrete curb; - Shaping of an embankment of variable height, up to 4.0 meters, with backfill materials to be screened and segregated according to their nature and degree of contamination, including landscaping of the walls (plants and seeding); - Planting areas (trees, shrubs and perennials).
