Laramie County Community College is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) for Professional Commissioning Agent services for the renovation of the Recreation and Athletics Complex Renovation (RAC) project on LCCC campus in Cheyenne, Wyoming. LCCC is renovating the existing Recreation and Athletic Complex (RAC) in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The project involves the renovation of the 70,500 gross square foot of existing facility, including the addition of 2 floor levels of approximately 21,000 gross square foot within the existing building footprint, upgraded HVAC, electrical & safety enhancements, expanded group and individual fitness areas plus the establishment of a competition basketball/volleyball court. It is LCCC's intent to seek the services of a qualified independent third party commissioning agent to provide services to support the, construction phase, acceptance phase and occupancy of this project, specifically addressing the building systems including the typical mechanical, plumbing, and electrical but also the integrated systems such as fire suppression, fire alarm, security, lighting control, building automation, and communications acoustical and sound systems for the project. The Cx firm will be expected to work with the project team and their representatives in providing professional industry standard commissioning services by providing, but not limited to, the services noted in the RFQ.
