The cleaning of approximately 25,695 linear feet of sewer main, and cleaning of approximately 110 storm water catch basins. Traffic control will be supplied Trade Agreement Below Trade agreements Tenders must be accompanied by a bid bond or security bid in the form of a certified cheque for ten percent (10%) of the tender price made in the name of the Town of Antigonish. Surety will be required for good and sufficient performance as noted in the Tender Documents. Tenderers must provide proof that they have received or are receiving a Certificate of Recognition issued jointly by the Nova Scotia Construction Association and the Nova Scotia Department of Environment and Labour as well as providing proof of Workers Compensation Board clearance, Commercial Liability Insurance and relevant project experience. The Town of Antigonish reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received based on provisions in the tender documents or to accept any tender which is considered to be in the best interest of the Town.
