Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 80,000-square-foot educational facility.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by St. Francis Xavier University to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Construction Management for Services and Construction for the new Centre for Health Innovation (CHI). The broad goal for the project is to construct an 80,000 square foot academic building on the former Lane Hall site between the J. Bruce Brown Hall Life Sciences building and the Mount Saint Bernard Rankin School of Nursing building. The project site location is the vacant land which formerly housed Lane Hall. Located at 2330 Notre Dame Avenue, Antigonish, Nova Scotia. The estimated construction budget for this project is not to exceed $40 million, inclusive of the Construction Management Fee, construction, all required furniture, fixtures and equipment, HST extra.
