Project no: 107-0012 The Project entails the construction of the water service lines and sanitary sewer collection system for the Sjolander and Crosby Cedar Bayou annexed areas. The project area is generally bound by Archer Road on the north, Sjolander Road on the east, Hardin Drive on the South and Barkaloo Road on the South. The project includes construction of water and sewer lines along the following streets with lengths as shown in the Drawings: Sjolander Road between Blue Heron Parkway and E. Archer Road. Crosby Cedar Bayou Road between Blue Heron Parkway and East Cedar Bayou Lynchburg. Crosby Cedar Bayou Road between Blue Heron Parkway and Hardin Road. East Cedar Bayou Lynchburg between Crosby Cedar Bayou Road and N Main Street. Barkaloo Road between East Cedar Bayou Lynchburg and Archer Road. The Blue Heron Lift Station includes all pumps, valves, fittings, appurtenances, electrical equipment and wet well as listed in the Specifications and shown on the Drawings. The water and sanitary sewer lines in the areas listed above include all fittings, valves, fire hydrants, manholes, and appurtenances as listed in the Specifications or shown in the Drawings. The contractor is required to implement and maintain a traffic control plan, as shown on the Drawings and in accordance with the latest version of the Texas Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (TMUTD).
