This contract is to include furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to construct the complete lift station and force main. All equipment shall be installed complete and ready for operation at the location and in the manner prescribed in these contract documents. All work and materials installed shall conform to the requirements and standards of State Board of Health, State Board of Water Engineers, American Petroleum Institute, American Society of Testing Materials, American Welding Society, National Electric Code, American Water Works Association, and other applicable codes or standards, and as specified in the Technical Specifications herein. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and/or Bid Amounts.
