Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: Relocation of approximately 476-feet of waterline into the median parallel to Tamarron Crossing including approximately 92-feet of waterline with steel casing to be located underneath proposed pavement by open cut construction, including all valves, fittings, and related appurtenances. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct the proposed relocation of approximately 385-feet of waterline into the median of Tamarron Crossing including approximately 92-feet of waterline with steel casing to be located underneath future pavement by open cut construction, including all valves, fittings, and related appurtenances The estimated range of construction costs is about $115,000 to $125,000 currently. The Project Site. The project is located within the right-of-way at the intersection of Tamarron Crossing and Chalet Ridge Drive
