Renovation of a detention facility in Pinckneyville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
**As of November 1, 2022, this project has been awarded to F.W. Plumbing & Heating, Inc., in the amount of $17,135.58. Repair of the S and C Switchgear at the DuQuoin Structured Impact Program facility. Labor required to install parts listed as necessary to return Switchgear to full operation. Facility will coordinate with power supply company to turn off power during installation. Following parts are needed to repair current S and C Switchgear (Switchgear S and C, CAT CDA-721992, KV Nominal 13.8, KV max 15.5, Main bus 14000, MVA 3 phase, Duty cycle fault amps RMS Asymetrical 22400): voltage sensors in Bays 3 and 4 B phase. All materials provided by the Vendor shall be new, unless otherwise stipulated, and compliant with applicable manufacturer's specifications. Replacement parts and other materials may be billed at Vendor s invoiced cost. The Vendor shall provide copies of material suppliers invoices to verify costs. GOAL: Pinckneyville Correctional Center seeks vendor to perform needed repairs to current S&C Switchgear (Switchgear S&C, CAT # CDA-721992, KV Nominal 13.8, KV max 15.5, Main bus 14000, MVA 3 phase, Duty cycle fault amps RMS Asymetrical 22400). by replacing (2) voltage sensors & (2) voltage limiters in Bays 3 & 4 B phase. 1.1.1. Services needed to repair S&C Switchgear 1.1.1.1 Replace two (2) voltage sensors 1.1.1.2 Replace two (2) voltage limiters 1.1.2. Vendor shall provide all services necessary to install and replace parts. 1.1.3. Agency shall coordinate with the power company to turn off power supply on date of install. 1.1.4. All materials provided by the Vendor shall be new and compliant with applicable manufacturer's specifications, unless otherwise stipulated and agreed upon between the Vendor and agency representative.
