Bidding Contractors must fill out the Acknowledgement of Receipt form and email it to Mathew C. Hankins (mchankins@wytheco.org ) no later than Tuesday, February 6, 2023 at 4:00 PM. It is the intent of the Wythe County Board of Supervisors that the Work will be awarded under a single prime General Construction Contract. All questions must be submitted via emailed to CJL Engineering, Architectural Designer, Chris Polacek (cpolacek@cjlengineering.com) with Appalachian Expo (Apex) Center clearly indicated in subject. No questions will be received or responded by phone. All questions must be submitted on or before Tuesday February 6, 2023. No questions will be addressed after that date. The work generally consists of locker rooms, seating, concession upgrades, play surfaces for hockey and soccer, refrigeration, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work. The Wythe County Boards of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, or any part of a Bid, and to waive informalities, and to award the Bid in the best interest of Wythe County.
