The Delta, Sutherland, Oasis Cemetery District, in conjunction with the Hinckley and Deseret Cemetery District, are accepting bids for the opening and closing of graves, and removing and reinstalling flat and wedge headstones. Removal of large non-regulation-size monuments will not be a part of this bidding process. All bidders must possess their own equipment and liability insurance ($1-$2 million), be on call 24/7, and service all five cemeteries within the districts. Liability insurance must be provided upon receipt of the bid. Delta, Sutherland, Oasis Cemetery Maintenance District reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS and hereby notifies all Bidders that it will not discriminate on the grounds of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, political affiliation or belief or the Law Against Discrimination or the Americans with Disabilities Act.
