Notice is hereby given that the Delta, Sutherland, Oasis Cemetery Maintenance District is accepting bids for land clearing and grading of approximately 10 acres of grease wood at the Oasis and Sutherland cemeteries as well as disposal of all debris at both sites. The Delta, Sutherland, Oasis Cemetery Maintenance District Board Members will evaluate the submittals and a selection will then be made, at which time the individual with the accepted bid will be contacted. Delta, Sutherland, Oasis Cemetery Maintenance District reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS and hereby notifies all Bidders that it will not discriminate on the grounds of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, political affiliation or belief or the Law Against Discrimination or the Americans with Disabilities Act.
