Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,950-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
One prime contract for General Construction, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilating , Air Conditioning , and Electrical , at the Dauphin County Technical School , Project No. 3 701 , as described in the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Murray Associates Architects, P.C. The project consists of a first - floor expansion of the cafeteria and second floor education space. The s quare footage of the project is approximately 6,950 s q.ft., Project No. 3 701. Electronically set packet to be sent via email, bidders must provide an email address packet shou ld be sent to. Send request to Benedict H. D ubbs ( bhd@murrayassoc.com ) and Andrea McCormick ( amccormick@murrayassoc.com ) with all required information. The project will utilize prevailing wage rates as determined by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Requests for information shall be submitted by each prime bidding contractor using the attached form.
