The meeting will be held at the Board Chambers, located at 2500 West Burrel Avenue, Visalia, CA 93291. On October 5, 2021, the Board authorized the advertisement of bids for the Government Plaza Parking Lot Project. During Phase 1 of the Project, five electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS) were installed servicing eight spaces. The EVCS will be made available for both County and public use. For public use, consumers will gain access through an app provided by the EVCS vendor (Flo) and pay the recommended rate of $0.34 per kWh.
