Saving Project...

Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a library; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

Redevelopment of the Saint-Léonard Borough civic, cultural and sports centre. The scope of the project includes the redevelopment of a 138,766 m2 site housing the Saint-Léonard sports complex, a library and the Borough hall. The project provides for renovation of the Saint-Léonard library, installation of certain isolated buildings, construction of parking areas, pedestrian paths, planting of trees and the greening of the territory, increasing in accessibility, mobility and functionality logistics of all site components. TIMELINE: Project is preliminary and under study at municipal authorities. Awarded landscape architectural and engineering professional consulting firms have submitted to the owner a preliminary project draft report relating to the redevelopment of the civic, cultural and sports centre. Owner expects to hold a public consultation on the project in mid-/late fall 2023. Scope of work, budget and timelines of the project development are being finalized. Note. The value of the project is not released for publication, is an estimate and may be higher.
