The City of Staunton is seeking proposals from qualified and properly licensed consulting firms to engage residents, property owners and stakeholders of the Uniontown Community in the development of a Neighborhood Plan. The Uniontown Community is a neighborhood which is served by National Avenue, Patton Street, Jones Street, and Anthony Street. (See Attachment A for a map of the area.) Deadline for Submission of Questions October 26, 2022 by 1:00 p.m. Any questions or comments concerning this Request for Proposal should be directed, in writing, to: Rodney S. Rhodes Senior Planner and Zoning Administrator rhodesrs@ci.staunton.va.us The City reserves the right, at any time prior to award of the contract, to reject any and all proposals, or any part thereof, to make no award, and/or to issue a new Request for Proposal, or make modifications, corrections of additions to the information contained herein. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
