Renovation of a multi-residential development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder. Tenders must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Bid Bond and Consent of Surety in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Certified cheques and Irrevocable Letters of Credit will NOT be accepted. The intent is to do as much preparatory work in 2022 in readiness for the Generator addition.
